Melinda BellackExecutive Director
Melinda "Mindy" Bellack began her work at McClain Garvin Youth and Family Center in 2009 as the supervisor for the Healthy Beginnings program. She accepted a position at Norman Regional Hospital as the TSET Tobacco Program Coordinator. In 2012, Melinda was named Executive Director of McClain Garvin Youth and Family Center, now known as Frontline Family Solutions, and recently celebrated her 6th anniversary serving in this position. She grew up in Texas and later completed her Bachelors and Masters in Education at SNU in Bethany, Oklahoma. Mindy is married to Scott and together they have two grown girls named Kaylee and Christa. Deidra SmithAssociate Director
Deidra Smith has worked for Frontline Family Solutions for 23 years. She has held various positions as a Family Assessment Worker, Family Support Worker, PAT Supervisor and is currently the Associate Director. As Associate Director, her role is to supervise all Frontline Family Solution Staff. She graduated from Wynnewood High School and continued her education at East Central University where she obtained a Bachelor’s of Science Degree. She is a wife, mother of two wonderful daughters and a proud grandmother. Her hobbies include reading, cooking and spending time with her family. Callie CaldwellOutreach Coordinator
Callie began her work at Frontline Family Solutions over a year ago as the Outreach Coordinator. Callie also facilitates the Botvin LifeSkills program in several schools across McClain and Garvin counties along with individual counseling/mentoring to children and adolescents at our agency or at their school. She previously worked as the coordinator for the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust grant that serves Garvin County. After a year with the TSET grant, a more fitting position became available at our agency where she became the Outreach coordinator and counselor. Prior to working with the TSET grant, Callie worked for a different non-profit agency for 4 years as the coordinator for the Drug Free Communities grant. This grant was a 5-year federal grant that gave her the opportunity to work directly with schools and community coalitions across McClain County to provide them prevention resources for substance abuse and addiction. Callie spent 4 years in Lubbock, TX getting her undergraduate degree at Texas Tech University. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Community, Family, & Addiction Services. She went on to complete all of the coursework necessary for a Masters of Science in Counseling from Mid-America Christian University in OKC, OK. Once she completes her 700 hour internship, she will officially have her Masters degree and be able to move towards her goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. Gayla WisorOutreach Therapist
Gayla joined Frontline in January 2020. She is currently providing individual and group counseling to adults and children in Garvin and McClain Counties. Gayla earned her Bachelor’s degree at Cameron University in Lawton, OK, then moved on to complete her Masters in Counseling at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. Gayla worked with the Department of Mental Health and the largest school district in South Carolina for eighteen years in the school based counseling program. Gayla was contracted as a mental health provider for workers comp and disabled employees in the State of South Carolina, for over ten years and provided service to this population through her private practice. She has recently returned to her home town of Elmore City, Ok and is excited to be a part of the Frontline team. Ginger IsamanPAT Parent Educator
Ginger began working for the agency in June of 2017 as the Office Coordinator in the Purcell office. She currently works in the "Parent's as Teacher's" Program in Pauls Valley. Ginger has an Associates degree in Art from Murray State College in 2014 and a Bachelors degree in Native American History from East Central University in 2016. Ginger's hobbies are working in her ceramics studio and her favorite verse is Mark 9:23; "And Jesus said to him, “‘If you can’! All things are possible for one who believes.”

Stacey HunterPAT Parent Educator
Stacey joined Frontline Family Solutions in 2019 as a Parent Educator in the parentPRO Parents as Teachers program. Stacey received her bachelor's degree in Communication from McMurry University in 2006 and is currently working towards obtaining her master's degree in Counseling from Mid-America Christian University. Prior to joining Frontline, Stacey worked in higher education marketing for eight years in Abilene, Texas and after relocating to Oklahoma in 2014, she taught early education preschool for two years. Stacey's hobbies include photography, volunteering in the children's ministry at her church, and spending time with her husband and three sons. Lisa BarclayCounselor
Lisa completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Central Oklahoma in Family Relations and Child Development in 1995. She also completed her masters degree from Cameron University in Psychology in 1997.
She began working with children in Therapeutic Foster Care in 1997 and in 2001 she started private practice where she counseled children, teens and families. Kelly has been with Frontline Family Solutions for almost a year. She currently works for Newcastle Public School as a Counselor as well as counseling part time at Frontline. Brandi IngramCounselor
Brandi Ingram began her work at McClain-Garvin County Youth and Family Center in 2006 as an Intern finishing her Master’s Degree in Counseling. After she finished her degree she began working full time as a Youth and Family Counselor until she left the agency in 2010. After leaving the agency, she began working as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Wynnewood Central Elementary School. She is now in charge of the Computer Lab at the same school. In 2015, she decided she wanted to re-enter the Counseling field but didn’t want to leave her job and the children at the Elementary School. In order for her to enjoy both fields, she began working as a Contract Counselor with Frontline Family Solutions (formerly McClain-Garvin County Youth and Family Center) while still working at Wynnewood Central Elementary. She works with the CARS (Community at Risk Services) Program and also counsels with families and youth. Brandi grew up in Wynnewood, Oklahoma and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Services Counseling and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Counseling at East Central University in Ada, OK. While Brandi doesn’t have children of her own, she does have 5 nieces (Blakely, Addie, McKenna, Madison, and Paisley) that she loves more than anything. Renee JonasonCounselor
Renee began her work at Frontline Family Solutions in October 2019 as Frontline's only full-time Counselor. She grew up in Norman, completed her bachelor's degree in Psychology and Child Development, then earned her MSW at the University of Denver. Renee is licensed as an LMSW and working towards her LCSW. She has experience working with children in a residential facility, with youth in foster care, and with foster/adoptive parents as an adoption recruiter. Erin CreachTSET Supervisor
Erin graduated from East Central University with a B.A. in Mass Communications and a minor in business. Erin is currently the TSET supervisor. Prior to her employment with Frontline Family Solutions, she worked with the city of Pauls Valley as their tourism and Economic Development Director. Erin serves on the board of directors for the Pauls Valley Chamber of Commerce and is on the executive board for the Wynnewood Chamber of Commerce. Alan WareTSET Supervisor
Alan Ware came to work at Frontline Family Solutions in February of 2017 and works as Program Coordinator for the TSET Healthy Living Program. Alan previously worked in banking and as an Agriculture Mediator for five years with the Oklahoma Ag Mediation Program. Alan began his career working for the The Kerr Center for Sustainable Agriculture for 22 years where he served in many roles. He spent many years assisting Ag producers in improving agricultural practices. Alan received his Bachelor’s of Science in Agriculture in 1987 from Stephen F. Austin University. Amy joined the Frontline team in 2019, working in the office of the Newcastle branch. Amy grew up in Texas, and moved to Oklahoma in 2018. She graduated from Tarleton State University with a bachelor's degree in Communications. Right out of college, Amy worked for an organization where she managed group homes of special needs adults. After a few years working there, Amy decided to stay home to take care of her two children, Olivia and Charlie. Now that both of her kids are entering school in the fall, Amy wanted to get back to what she loved - working with people!
